But how to get people to come and visit the program
place?
For that we devised a PRE-PUBLICITY PLAN

are distributed
Banners
are put up at the village which informs people that
Red Ribbon express is coming and the teams are going
to visit their villages and perform.
RRE fortnightly magazine
is published which gives a status report of all the
activities and highlights of the programs.
RRE
brochure, which gives a brief of the campaign, its
objective and outcome.
Pre-publicity
press note is published in the local dailies.
